I bring 37 years of clinical experience to Hesed, 30 of which were with Meier Clinics (now closed).

I work with individuals, couples, and families.

Common issues that I work with include Anger, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Blended Families, Boundaries, Codependency, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Depression, Divorce, Fears, Grief, Marital Concerns, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Parenting, Relationships, Sexual Addiction/Pornography, Spiritual issues, Stress, Trust, and Woundedness.

In addition to these, I'm passionate about helping clients work through issues involving Self-Esteem, Guilt, Shame, and Self-Forgiveness.

I provide services to many couples and families and am passionate about helping clients to heal, restore, and improve relationships.

I am a Medicare provider and enjoy providing services to seniors.

I have been involved in Sports Ministry and have been a professional Footbag (Hacky Sack) Performer for over 40 years. I currently hold five world records and have appeared in The Guinness Book of Records. I enjoy helping clients address issues related to sports.

I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling, including those who are counselors themselves. We all have things that we can improve in our lives. I try to provide a safe and accepting place where clients can come to address their concerns. Together, we can work through the process that best fits the client and the client's needs in order to bring about resolution and peace.

I implement an eclectic approach with clients based on their needs and wants. Various therapy styles that I utilize include Supportive, Acceptance Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, Problem Solving, Solution Focused, Insight-Oriented, and Communications.

I am an active member of my church. I lead a Share and Prayer group with my wife and serve as one of the Coordinators for Greeters and Communion.

My wife grew up in Hong Kong and teaches English to Chinese immigrants.

I have an adult son who is currently in seminary and leads worship in his church.

I am blessed to live near my elderly parents and am active in their daily care.
